Joe Wilson Jr.

Culinary Director

Chef Joe Wilson is responsible for the overall direction of Bloom Café, managing the staff and strategic vision of both the café and the training kitchen. He is also the primary instructor for the training program. Wilson's unique background includes teaching culinary skills to a diverse array of students at Southwestern Illinois College and the Clyde C. Miller Career Academy. Before coming to Bloom Café, Wilson served as executive chef at The Muny. He has also managed food service operations at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital - St. Louis, TGI Fridays and Busch Stadium.
